A refundable security deposit is required for most vehicles and varies depending on the model, typically between AED 2,500 and AED 3,500. The deposit is refunded within 15 days after the
vehicle is returned.
For added convenience, we also offer a no-deposit option for selected vehicles. This option is
available for a small fee, typically between AED 250 and AED 350, depending on the vehicle.

Standard insurance does not cover traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), fuel, interior damage, tire or rim damag or damage caused by misuse or negligence. Insurance coverage also is void if the vehicle is driven in violation of UAE laws, rental terms, or by an unauthorized driver.
In case of a accident: If the accident is deemed to be the client’s fault, the insurance excess will apply. This consists of 20% of the repair cost, plus a fixed excess amount set by the insurance provider, which varies depending on the specific vehicle model and brand.
